This diversionary court known as C.A.R.E. (Creating Avenues for Restoration & Empowerment) aims to reduce recidivism through individualized justice, case management, community service, and victim restitution. Glenn Funk is proud to team with Judge Rachel Bell, who started the program to assist young adults avoid the cycle of crime.
