Cases fall into three categories:
1.Child Sexual Abuse
2.Child Physical Abuse
3.Child Pornography
There are five attorneys who handle all the categories of cases.
There is one dedicated investigator who is a former detective with the CSA section of Metro Nashville Police Department.
There are two victim witness coordinators. These coordinators get involved either when the case is set for preliminary hearing, or just after the case is arraigned – if the case was a direct presentment. They also keep the family informed of everything going on with the case.
