The District Attorney’s Office requires each employee to be fully vaccinated with a COVID vaccine with at least one vaccination prior to first day of employment and you are required to have the second dose (if applicable) with at least the minimum recommended interval between doses. We do require proof of vaccination on the first day of employment. COVID vaccination is required as a term and condition of employment; failure to comply with vaccinations requirement will be grounds for dismissal or lack of consideration for employment.
