Davidson County District Attorney General Torry Johnson joins with the other DAs across the state to support Governor Phil Bredesen in the "Meth Destroys" campaign. In 2004, the Governor formed a task force with a singular mission of fighting meth in Tennessee. Moving cold medicines containing pseudoephedrines behind pharmacy counters is a good start. But until the meth problem has been eradicated, this office will remain tough in the fight against this life-destroying drug.

A Nashville Girl Scout troop earned a badge by learning more about the dangers of methamphetamine, and educating other students about the risks of using the drug.
